Barn Dance - putting the FUN in fundraising

11th September 2022

On Saturday 10th September one of our fantastic fundraisers - Keri Hemmings hosted a Barn Dance in her local community hall in Kinver to raise money for The Giles’ Trust brain Tumour Fund.

Keri, a brain tumour survivor herself, has been a formidable fundraiser for The Giles’ Trust. She and her friends raised over £6,000 by taking part in the Colour Run last year.

So, looking to do something a little different this year, Keri set out on arranging a Barn Dance to bring her family, friends and community together in support a very good cause. The evening was a great success and raised an amazing £3,505 for The Giles’ Trust Brain Tumour Fund, taking Keri’s fundraising total to well over £9,000!

Thank you Keri for all you have done for us at The Giles' Trust. If you would like to host a fundraising event for us please contact us.
